Ehh, I think cigarette companies not being able to actively lie to you and say that tobacco is good for you (the Surgeon General's warning) is a good thing, as an example.
I personally just want gambling treated the same way as tobacco, legal, but advertising is banned/restricted to right outside of the locations they're sold at
