You do realize that ZOG can't control everything right? Even if a party gets cheated out of an election, they've still organized a bunch of people that can be used for...other activities. Another thing is that in local elections, if the party becomes popular enough, the locals can just ignore "official" results and recognize the party as the legitimate authority.
