Why not? He doesn’t have to have any connection to you at all. All you have to do is make an entire class of people believe they will be exterminated by another group that actually worships them, and they’ll lash out against that group.
Could you rewrite that without using any allusions, placeholders, or pronouns? I literally have no idea what you're trying to say.
