they ruled using emergency powers to implement tariffs. not the rest of it. hence why that ruling was a nothing burger.
Its really not trumps fault nintendo went full jewish.
Nintendo is litigious, this shouldn't be news to anyone. Look at Palworld. Or Pokemon Uranium. Or anyone who wears a large hat that's a bit too red. They LOVE suing.
well, suing is easier than fixing their games
which were the tariffs Nintendo was paying, hence why they will likely win.
