Our economy is so fucked and owned by foreigners we can’t even get basic job growth that we had in Trump 1. The only job market is boomer caregivers which overwhelmingly goes to visa hires and recent immigrants.
Edit: we’re now at 4.4% unemployment, 92k job losses for February. This is also the bastardized unemployment standard set during the Obummer presidency.
I've been to several assisted living facilities in different cities to tend to a relative. Many of the people who worked at all of them looked foreign and acted like they didn't give a fuck. I even recall an episode where I could hear an old lady crying for someone to pick her up from off the floor; and everyone just ignored her.
I got my relative out of each one the moment the staff finally let them go, which by the way was decided by their insurer requesting the discharge (read: stop paying for their care). The last time it happened they lost half his personal items; at least we got his wallet back with all the money intact.
If you’re going to believe anything the government says, then you have to also believe that all job growth was for natives and all losses were to foreigners.
