When's the last time you heard anyone complain about Japanese immigrants, if ever?
Maybe it's not an inherent dislike of any other race, but lived experience with particular races?

Japanese people don't breed like insects or have an ecological pressure to migrate due to overpopulation. That alone selects for the best immigrants: the crazy mutants that want to live on hard mode in a foreign country.
