The first female math professor taught here over 50 years ago without any of these programs; why aren't modern women able to measure up?
Not any, maybe 1 in 1000 women can actually do the job as well as the men. I don't really have a problem with that one woman if the other 999 are having babies.
But why are there programs and laws trying to get more women into these positions? That's my point.
The presence of women fuck up any hope of functional dynamics, even if there's just one woman in a workplace of a thousand men nearly every one of those men will be desperate to fuck her and that will artificially boost her.
