AND there is ZERO effort to increase infrastructure (schools, hospitals) jobs or housing. Adding 5 million people (14% in 5 years) to a population of 36M without even building a place for them to live? Disaster.
There are some. Actual doctors & dentists & stuff. There's also "fake" ones from degree mills in India that have the paperwork but no skills :/ or brains.
I'd guess at least half end up getting some form of welfare for life. None are supposed to be able to get it, unless they changed that.
Doesn't work short term either. As a matter of fact, the economic losses are the least of your worries in the long term.
