Israel itself will allow any jew that's about to face punishment for a severe crime escape from whatever country they're in to its borders where it becomes impossible to prosecute or extradite them, literally handing out the visa to protect their own.
It does make one wonder what happens & how they approach recidivism after they repatriate their felon prodigal sons.
It's one thing to harbor your own when all they did was harm the goyim abroad. But filling your tiny country with a returning diaspora of murderers, molesters, spies & shysters to live among you doesn't seem like the greatest long con play.
That's probably why they haven't finished off the palis.
