If you type it, someone can read it. And someone can legally give it to authorities because ToS in every app and site you use has something along the lines of "it's our property if you write it." No exceptions. No warrants needed. Hell, if Google wanted to sell the government a subscription plan to access everyone's Google data, they can. And there's nothing you can do about it.
You don't even have to save it or hit send. In some cases it's not even a keylogger so they'll still know even if you write it in MS Paint with the mouse. All of that is before AI even enters the picture.
