When I got into the game dev business in 91, the days of the NSES, it was all white men in their late 20’s. I witnessed the women coming in and the trouble they brought. Studio dynamics trouble, rather than ruining products. I’ve yet to work anywhere in the last 30ish years that had more than a few open gays on staff. The blacks, I can count only 2 over three decades, and they each had one white parent. I’ve seen 10X more worthless jewish women than I’ve seen blacks.

The problem is woke white boys that can be confused with gay in their speech and mannerisms. They are the driving force of mediocracy.
