Got sent to this by a friend because he found the headline funny. I started to read the article to see if she actually had any true insight into her life. (Yeah, she's a whack job leftist but even then they can find a few nuggets of gold out of their life). I'm reading along and the article suddenly turns from her life history juxtaposing with her life issues now and suddenly the article just "left turns" into full on current day political narratives. She got pulled off the streets and raped and they talk about the new Reform party and how she hates the right wing without EVER talking about the girls being raped by the immigrants which is what the Reform party is trying to stop!
Guess some rape is better than others...
Yeah, she's soooo introspective that she votes for the Labour party that's the party responsible for social policies that got her raped to begin with.
It's not just the party that shut down attempts to investigate what happened, it's the current administration that did it. That's how directly involved the sitting cabinet is with the whoever thing. It took a literal third party crowdfunding the investigation to even get where current events are.
The film tells a story of her adolescence – how she left school at 13, how she had a lot of sex with a lot of men in their 20s. And then, in 1978, at 15, she entered a disco championship. She was on the dancefloor, owning it, she was going to win – “And then they started: ‘SLAG, SLAG, SLAG.’” Most of the people taunting her were men she’d slept with. She ran out of the room in tears. But the film ends with her dancing – seizing joy from the men who tried to bring her down.
Yeah sounds like someone who has important thoughts we should listen to.
Also she was raped in 1976, so it was probably by an actual British guy. Not that it makes much of a difference.

Remember #metoo? More protections for the most coddled members of society while ignoring working class rapes

This was your first mistake.
I've known abortions who have had their abortions abducted and raped since she was last 'relevant'.
Shouldn't she have a YouTube channel about her urban camping, or some-such, by now?
She'd probably say YouTube is too capitalist for her and that her art means expression or something.
She'd happily go on Twitch though... If she were 13 and OnlyFans were around she wouldn't even have notoriety today.
