I'm pretty sure he targeted Gelernter because he was a famous computer scientist. So this just goes to show how involved Epstein was with famous academics like Gelernter, Chomsky and Ito. Gelernter also happens to be Jewish which makes it even less surprising he was connected to Epstein. What is surprising however is that Gelernter is anti-woke and skeptical of man-made global warming and biological evolution. Some of this can be explained by his Orthodox Judaism.
