After reading the exchange I'm not sure what they meant. Bannon posts the article about Robinson getting arrested and then comments "backbone of England" in quotes, to which Epstein replies "that's why the pound is so low." Bannon may have been making fun of Robinson, idk.

I assume - because the UK people have no backbone- it explains the weakness of the country and currency
