The shooter was a male, 17, who stopped going to school 4 years ago. 2 years ago he decided he was a female. He also has been institutionalized & burned his house down.
Apparently he owned the guns? But I cannot see that as being possible in Canada.

His social media is full of violent talk, guns and most of all hard drugs. IDK what his parents were thinking, that's a lot of money!
