One of them is hot and the other looks like a leftist. What is that an upper lip piercing? I’m not sure what it is but body mods and weird hair color is an immediate guilty until proven innocent for me.
Since it seems like the hot one is a stooge for the CCP I’ll go with they both suck.
I think it's a piercing of the skin inside the mouth that rests between the gums and the lips. Look in a mirror and curl up your upper lip. There's a flap of skin that just sort of exists there. Yet another random part of the body to deform and distort in pursuit of uniqueness.
The American one is actually gorgeous from the right angles
