I don't think that's what they said. I heard, "Next time somebody hit your nigga you supposed to beat dey ass, you're not supposed to [avoid the situation]" Not sure about the last few words (maybe it was "record the situation"?), but it makes it sound like somebody got hit or slapped before the video started recording.
