I don't even know what I'm looking at. Like I get it's a retard in a wheelchair in some medieval setting, but what's the game? The text above the head tells me it's WoW, but I refuse to believe it.

Drac'thyr. New race introduced in Dragonflight expansion. Supposedly, they were Neltharion's secret experiment to create a standing army for Dragonflights before he got corrupted by Old Gods and became Deathwing. They've been dormant since before the Shattering and only recently they had awaken. They now wish to forge a place for themselves in the world by joining either the Horde or Alliance.
