I'm sure he'll be able to trick some people into giving him money to pretend he's working on this. But I don't think he's ever going to actually attempt it.

If he wants to make one of his companies buy the other, that's fine. He can play with his dolls however he wants, but I would prefer if he didn't tell me retarded lies while doing it.
