He lowered prescription prices, he cut the opioid crisis to a fraction of what it was, (it can NEVER be "ended" that's just rhetoric, eh?) he did some things for coal, Covid-19.84 is gone in the same sense as the Hong Kong Flu: it still "exists" but practically no one will catch it. Just like Bubonic Plague, eh?
