A woman in a long term care facility refused euthanasia, resisted euthanasia, was drugged sedated and then killed by the staff.

And a court ruled the staff was not guilty of murder because she had previously applied for MAID. What happened is explicitly not athorized under MAID. The staff should be in jail for murder. They didn't even lose their job.
