There is no difference. These aren't principled people. I'm not even trying to insult them. You can ask them leading questions, they will get what you are doing, and still not have an answer why it's okay.
I watched a YouTube video about kids arguing for DEI standards for college admissions and yet they didn't want it for college football. Half of them even acknowledged that they should, if it were a principle position, support DEI quotas for football. But it would lessen black people's involvement.
