The whole thing had no passion in it. It was read like an unrehearsed speech. Just stilted cadence the entire time.

I'm not familiar with the guy, but people, when they talk, tend to Christopher Walken sometimes. Pause more than they should, delay more than they should between each word as they think. But he read and recited that like he didn't write it himself with a Ben Stein monotone.
