Libertarians are retarded. I figured that out in 2016.
I voted for Gary Johnson in 2016 only because I hoped the contentiousness of Trump and Hillary would have split the vote between the Lolberts and the Greens enough to get past the 10% point so future elections wouldn't just be between a Giant Douche and a Turd Sandwich (make it a four way with a Giant Turd and a Douche Sandwich).
And now all you see about either of those parties is people trashing them, making broad unrealistic generalizations about them, etc
