This completely falls apart for being a soldier, because you have to be able to accurately shoot after running a long distance while carrying 50lbs of gear and your rifle. You are not laying down at a shooting range at resting heart rate, you are at an elevated heart rate and breathing heavily. Once that happens, the men become much better shots than the women anyway, so that minor advantage the women had is completely negated.
