I see nothing here that has changed. To be clear, "Tim Waltz needs to allow increased co-operation with federal authorities" has been the consistent line so far from the WH. It's not my line, but it has been his line.
The only good news I've seen so far is that Homan has been sent down to report directly to Trump, so at least the situation can be properly assessed. Even that, doesn't mean that anything has actually happened.
Edit - The tone of the Truth Social post he made on this actually makes it sounds like Waltz is supporting him. Meaning that he's trying to undercut Waltz with this agreement.
