It's only a declaration that he intends to let the other illegals stay forever if you think he's weaseling around actuallly saying it. Otherwise it's just an order of operations list and a PR statement that if you're impeding ICE right now you're not helping a mix of "good people" and criminals. You're almost exclusively helping criminals of the worst sort.
He’s consistently flopped on illegal workers, he did the same over the summer and still refuses to go after companies employing illegals.
Lead with stuff like this next time. The worst of original opposition pulled the "i won't do the research for you" shit. If someone posits something it's their responsibility to present evidence supporting it.
