We have seen people making this claim on Twitter every hour, on the hour, for the past nine years.
Trump repeatedly said it at this point. He said it back during the summer too.

Amnesty? No, he’s most certainly repeatedly said he’s keeping illegal laborers and targeting criminals.

Because it has been correct, as Trump said it in 2016 and has refused to deport anyone ever since. There was zero net deportation in his first term and even less this term.
