I judge people by their actions, and the fact is that Trump made crucial geopolitical decisions in his first term that the deep state had to illegally overrule. Syria was much more important to Israel than it appeared to be, in hindsight. But current Trump is making the opposite decisions and selling them to the public like Trump steaks.
The reason I'm saying this is because it points to a hand behind the curtain that is so heavy it's completely flattening Trump as a person and MAGA as a movement. The interesting question is, what is it? Is it the threat of the Epstein files to the system or to Trump? Is it pure threats to himself or his family?
Is it the threat of the Epstein files to the system or to Trump?
The former maybe, but as Tucker and many others have pointed out there's no way anything seriously damaging to Trump would have stayed under wraps during the 4 years they were throwing everything and the kitchen sink at him. If there was anything there it would have been used to take him out long ago, possibly before the 2020 election. Tucker suggested that the Epstein files coverup is about Israel, and while I don't know how true that is I suspect it's closer to the truth than a theory the left latched onto the minute it became convenient.
Is this major? The $200 million Trump didn't want to spend on Syria seems like him just viewing that type of soft power as a waste, and he didn't want to bomb ISIS because they were attacking Syria and Iran.
Yes, it is major. If the US stops backing the Kurds/SDF/other "freedom" militias then Assad doesn't fall, and Greater Israel can't go ahead. But the State Department kept US troops in the region and kept the money flowing and Assad goes down shortly after. Then, whaddya know, Israel simply gobbles up parts of Syria, lebensraum style.

Or is it the Samson Option?

Trump still moved the embassy to Jerusalem, killed Soleimani, bombed Syria, and adopted the IHRA definition for them in his first term.
I didn't say he was hostile or even neutral to Jewish interests. But he clearly went against a major point in their agenda.
