lol. women cant be leaders. finding good men to be leaders is hard enough.. finding good women leaders is magnitudes harder.
but yeah.. backlines is vulnerable to flankers and being picked off. hero composition is pretty damn important. in most games, first side that gets the pick, that side will jump on the rest (mostly support, and especially if the support are the slow support without much mobility). and once support dies, the tank and DPS will die afterwards.
now, if she was a crackshot sniper and she gets the pick, then things would be different and they'd win the fight. but yeah....

She literally didn't seem to understand the concept of "team comp," if you listen to the audio. "You can still play Magik." Bitch, that's not the problem, if your Widow is getting fucking bursted the whole game. What a "me me me" attitude. Team comp to her meant what character YOU play. That's not a composition.

Kingsman honestly should have been the official team captain. He was already fulfilling the role. He was highest ranked, and had most experience I believe too. Get the egos out of it, and let the best player - who was happy to give guidance and fulfill that role - lead the team.

A huge problem with female military officers is that they keep fucking men in their command. This utterly destroys unit morale.
No one wants to talk about it, and no one knows how to stop it from happening.
