There is a male with white skin who is the president of a planet that is falling behind technologically because he is an isolationist that built a giant wall. Fortunately, with the encouragement of their teachers, youth activists convince him to change his ways. I should add that the character is deaf. There are two deaf actors in this show. I haven't spotted a wheelchair yet like in Discovery.
