There is an entire sector of business, that cater to white male businesses that rely on gov contracts. These businesses are PoC or female owned, and they receive the gov contracts that are only for (or give priority bid) to non white male businesses. They then outsource the work to the white male businesses.
I wonder how many white guys are paying a PoC to be an owner, on paper, so they can suck up the woke purchasing power.
This exact thing happened in Canada over our ArriveCan Covid tracker app.
The government mandated that the company to get the contract needed to be majority First Nations. So a White guy created a shell company with two Injuns, got the contract, then subcontracted the actual work to his majority White company. And then exceeded cost projections by a factor of 10.
