She's going to burn the family fortune grabbing every last minute of miserable existence she can.
The White guy committing suicide has nothing, has been tortured and left behind by society, and probably has no friends or support network around them.
I don't think violence solves anything but the people doing this absolutely should be rounded up and shot in the head. Their corpses should be burned and all memory of them should be removed from the planet.

If a person wants out, especially in the case of disease, I see no reason for them to be denied resources.

What MAID provides is a legal cover to doctors so they can't be sued by any surviving family members.
Prior to this doctors would quietly give you enough Morphine pills to kill yourself and hope for the best professionally.
It's a scheme that has nothing to do with sick and dying people.

on second reading I think the other guy was suggesting that the people pushing suicide should be shot, not the people killing themselves.
