Minorities use child car seats or booster seats at half the rate that white families do.
It's "discrimination" if they get a ticket for it so they don't get written up for it.
Because browns reproduce like rats. It's easy to squirt out kids when you don't give a shit about them or have any concept of consequences/the future, nevermind the rampant analysis paralysis whites do—literally thinking themselves into extinction.
It's pure r-selection strategy.
