Girl bosses in media are basically stolen valor. In reality, women 1) suck at most things especially fighting 2) make for disastrous soldiers and leaders 3) literally flee from virtually all conflict and dangerous jobs. We only ever put up with fictional girl bosses because they had nice bodies, cute faces, and pleasant personalities.
