I sure hope so. At this point Star Wars is more entertaining as a lolcow than as scifi.

Star Wars greatest strength wasn't sci-fi story telling but theatrical spectacle and merchandise both aimed at 9 - 13 year old boys. Now, all of Disney’s movies are aimed at “everyone” (mostly whining wine moms on Facebook.)
