I remember Leftists crying ''racial discrimination'' as to why federal agencies rejected otherwise qualified Americans of Chinese ancestry at extremely high rates.

It's because those were applications for sensitive positions and most of them had family in China that would be used to pressure them into acting as spies for China.

They failed the background check and that was totally justified.

Leftists' response to that is always that since these background checks have a ''disparate impact'' on non-Whites, then the background checks are racist and need to be removed.
