The right believes that ftm trannies are not men, so it is self evident that everyone who can become pregnant is a woman.
The left believes that ftm trannies really are men, so it is self evident that some of the people who can become pregnant are indeed men.
Then both sides act like the other one is completely insane for not understanding a simple truth. But it's all about that first order premise.
