I'd sometimes listen during a commute, but never considered myself a fan; not a 'fan' of most of those AM people.
And then he lost me after October 7th, and I wouldn't even listen. He was one of the worst and most bloodthirsty people on the radio, giving Mark Levin a run for his money even. 'No such thing as an innocent Gazan,' ranting about 'terrorist sympathizers,' wanting to kill them all, stuff like that. It was bad. Calling people subhumans.
Dan Bongino is, choose at least one: A propagandist with no morals, a hateful monster, or an easily swayed and emotional person who gets caught up in the fervor. But the hate and self righteousness he spews is insane.
This is me. I always believed that Muslims need to be dealt with firmly (they cause a lot of trouble here in Europe), but seeing the October 7 videos especially that of a terrified mother being abducted with her children hurt me a lot. And that alone made it almost incomprehensible to me that anyone would oppose the war on Gaza, I assume the same way as people who watched videos of brutalized Gazans couldn't believe that anyone would support it.
Then when Israel started to bomb Iran, I followed some accounts which were also critical of what was going on in Gaza, and I also got to see that.

October 7th was allowed to happen so they could justify the war in Gaza, imo. Why else would IDF be told to stand down?
At least you can recognize it. A lot of emotional people don't realize how they're being swayed.
And, to some extent, I think getting hit with the manipulation from both sides can be a good thing, as I think 'be humane and try to see things from each side' is a pretty good position.
You are. The real question is will you allow this self-awareness to humble you going forward? Or will you revert to the insufferable know-it-all faggot even after you've realized the extent to which your more retarded beliefs are animated and directed by media psyops?

I've always been open to the idea that I may be wrong. That is apart from being congenitally insufferable.
I mean, that's no different to the sorts of things we see about Jews right here every day from numerous users.
Firstly, even here you don't commonly see the level of viciousness toward the Jews that Bongino was spewing toward Palestinians and Muslims in general. Secondly, even if you did...we're a fringe internet forum, not a syndicated radio host. "Stormfag88" or whatever here does not have the reach of Bongino.
It's a bit different having him spout that shit on the radio, than seeing someone spout that shit about Jews here.
Lastly, I don't agree with either, so I'm not sure the point anyway. Palestinians are not all guilty, and not all subhuman. Neither are Jews. Even if we had a bunch of users pushing that shit here, I still disagree with Bongino's evil takes.
