I'm glad the magic spellification of language is entering the vernacular.
The problem is that it is completely false. It attributes some sort of mysticism to language that it has some inherent value, when the people saying the correct sequence of words to get the outcomes they want have a better understanding of language and it's usefulness. Saying words, without trying to gain an outcome from them, is just noise. Words are for programming people and now computers through LLMs.
There are witches, who do mean to cast a spell over you
And there are midwitches, who are just repeating a spell they've heard without understanding.
