xcancel is not an archive service, just an alternate way of viewing Twitter.
Ghostarchive is best for Twitter, generally. I'm archive now, and will edit if it works.
EDIT: That's weird, it does seem to be accessing a page that sometimes doesn't otherwise exist, and ghostarchive isn't grabbing.
Ghost archive can do good things, but is really annoying to work with.
