I listened to some of Owen Shroyer's insomniac Venezuelan strike call-in last night. A few callers mentioned staying home for elections here on out.
Shroyer specifically mentioned that 3rd parties aren't an option for midterms.
Is there something specific to midterms that 3rd parties aren't allowed or are even less competitive than Presidential cycles? Is it simply that low resource 3rd options are even more hopeless during off-year races? Are 3rd parties simply less likely to put up candidates for Governor & Senator races?
I am proud to say I actively encouraged people not to vote in 2024.
This comes after working for the Trump campaign in 2016, then sitting out 2020.

the main focus of mid terms seems to be a struggle for control of congress
voting third party cedes ground to one party or the other
"third party" only really matters when one of the two main parties collapses, in which case it's no longer a third party when it fills the vaccuum
democrats are openly trying to establish themselves as the one party system
israel is trying to capture the country by eliminating the 1st amendment and taking control of the republicans
to clear the way for a third party, need to crush democrats while preventing israel from eliminating the constitution on the right.
