I'm actually looking to the Lugi trial this year for that. If the jury picked from a FAR LEFT district of the country refuse to give him jail time, it would probably terrify every CEO who ok's awful practices for short term gain now they've effectively been given the green light.
Guarantee that jury is going to be as cherry picked as possible for precisely that reason. Wouldn't be surprised if they end up breaking precedent and going with a lower number of jurors.
Could backfire though. Germany had jury trials until they were abolished specifically so Hitler couldn't have one, then the judge let him off with a light sentence against the legislatures wishes.
