I've seen videos of the piss drinkers arguing that it's superior, and that makes them superior to the cow dung lovers. And, in a sad way, that's true. But, they also argued the same vs milk drinkers, so...
How about we ransack the place, do a fast 80% of all the world's archaeologists on hand excavation of the big cities, to get everything of value, from like 4000+ years ago, and nuke it from orbit?
Skip to the last step. I don't think there's anything worth preserving.
Most things are worth preserving as long as they are properly contextualized. The exceptions being those that are an active threat and those which are too costly to maintain. India is a shithole but that itself makes it worthy of documentation. Think of the wealth of knowledge that it could provide to writers of many high concept genres.
As much as I hate them I have to admit that Indians are one of the most fascinating peoples I've heard of, if not for seeing how they live and act I would never have thought it possible for such a group to survive.
There is no context that makes the Poo People worthy of preservation. So long as they continue they are a disgrace to the species.
I said nothing about preserving the people.
