I would not take that bet. Democrats everywhere are all about raiding the public treasury to pay off favored interest groups. You see this in every jurisdiction they hold power in, from CA to New York. Right now Minnesota is in the news, but I think that fraud was so easy to find because Somalis are doing it, and we know how dumb they are. Generally Democrats are better at hiding it; even US origin blacks hide their graft and corruption better.
