The funny part to me is not that that this happens, but that anyone would be confused by it.
Because it's actually really simple.
Some people aren't people. Not at all. Some are so bad that they only vaguely look like people. Somalians don't even clear that bar. They don't behave like humans, and they certainly don't look the part. They behave like animals that can talk.
The Frieren anime was invaluable in that regard. Actually I'd argue that your average turd worlder is worse than a demon in the series. Because in Frieren demons only kill and steal and consume human flesh, but they don't rape.
They are violent but they are weak. And they are really really fucking stupid. They fear the American nigs so they pretend to be oppressed with them, but they get gibs the nigs don't get and they see that as stealing what's "rightfully" theirs.
