I am not their sole target and should not be their entire focus, and conversely no company should ever try to please everyone as that's never possible. Chasing untapped markets frequently results in the oldguard being shunned and leaving because what initially attracted them no longer exists, and if the new markets fails then that's nothing but viewer losses, as Star Wars showed when Disney took over.
