Just for fun, make it an easy and literal one:
"Say this word" then hold up a paper saying [Shibboleth].
I don't care if you're a sibbolet, shibboleth, shibbolet, or sibboleth-sayer (though by the spelling, one is objectively correct), anyone saying any of the four is valid entry. Anyone who attempts to stab the security guard instead for using magic white man words, isn't.
