The bureaucratic nightmare will be gigantic if it passes. I think it's easier to topple Ottawa than this happening in an orderly fashion.
The ''frogs'' themselves voted 60% Yes, other races massively voted No.
The margin by which the French lost was smaller than the ''mysterious'' excess of citizenships expeditiously granted in Québec vs the normal rate in the months before the vote.
Only time in the whole history of Canada that Quebec had more new Canadian citizenship granted than Ontario. I'm sure nothing nefarious was going on there, lol.
Of course it wouldn't have mattered if the French in Québec had the sort of spines found in other ethnicities voting 95%+ for their independance.
