To be fair being on a public facing server with a naming convention that matches the already released files kinda just shows it was stuff they did intend to release, it just wasn't time to go live yet.

They potentially hadn't double checked the redacting yet but the odds of anything they didn't mean the public to see eventually being in there are lower than I would like.
